Otto Cadillac’s Service Department is second to none. My car is always professionally repaired, on time, at a fair market price. Billy McClean who usually handles my service is the best. Yesterday I had Andrew Askew handled my arrival and departure for an oil change and tire rotation. My work was completed timely within one hour and I was on my way. Thank you Otto Cadillac. I am anticipating the purchase of a new Cadillac for 2023 and the service department will play a big part in my decision as to what dealer I make my purchase from. More
