Terrible service!! I brought in my 2014 SRX which is certified preowned for a no start/dead battery issue. This is the 3rd Battery they have put in the car since 2017 an I brought in my 2014 SRX which is certified preowned for a no start/dead battery issue. This is the 3rd Battery they have put in the car since 2017 and they insist because I didn’t drive the car for 3 days it killed the battery then told me if I don’t drive it every day I should keep it on a trickle charger and a lot of their customers do that. Bill and Roger are terrible service advisor and manager, they talk to you as though you know nothing. Ultimately after arguing with them they said the battery was covered under warranty but I had to pay $40.00 labor cost. Obviously there is something with this car that is continuously drawing from the battery. They also told me it was because I put 17,000 miles on the car in a year since getting the previous new battery. Must be they think i don’t realize car battery warranties are based on months not miles. I have purchased 3 cars from them since 2014 and this will be the last time I do business with them. Further more if this happens again I will be dropping the car off to the and calling the bank it is financed through and my attorney. There was a wiring harness issue with the drivers side door window and lock mechanism that they said they replaced but still acts up from time to time and i bet that is what is drawing on the battery. Done with these condescending xxxxxxxx at this dealership!!! More
