I only rated the service center 3 stars because I made an appointment to have my rim fixed weeks in advance. I live over an hour away, so I had to take an entire day off from work to make this appointment. T appointment to have my rim fixed weeks in advance. I live over an hour away, so I had to take an entire day off from work to make this appointment. They only offered a Tuesday appointment in the middle of my work day. 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment (I was clearly on my way already), they called me to cancel because the rim guy came in and left. That's rude. I had to take an entire day off of work, drive an hour there for my scheduled oil change anyway, to then not have my rim done. No apologies offered, zero consideration or respect for the customer's time is disappointing. More
