However, Chris Herron was amazing! He had just gotten there and was walking in with his breakfast. HE immediately started helping me. I was his first priority until the very end. He and Jeri both were a great help and I managed to get in a NEW car (I never imagined that would happen) in less than 4 hours. More

My car buying experience at Riser Nissan As soon as I arrived at Riser to see if I had "won a prize" with the ad I had received in the mail, I was greeted with a big smile by a delightful yo As soon as I arrived at Riser to see if I had "won a prize" with the ad I had received in the mail, I was greeted with a big smile by a delightful young man named JJ Bennett. We sat down and visited a few minutes and started talking about the Altima. I shared that I was not as happy in an SUV as I had thought I would be. Since my vehicle (a Rogue) was a 2013 which I had purchased in May of 2013 from another dealership in another city, I hadn't considered trading. He went over with me how I could trade for a very reasonable price and I became very interested. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and was very professional. There was absolutely no sense of pressure which I have felt at times over the years at other dealerships. We just talked, and when I mentioned getting my companion's opinion, he suggested we come in the next day and he would go over everything with him. When I got home and presented the information, we were both pleased with the offer. When we went to Riser, he was as impressed with Mr. Bennett as I had been. We took the car for a drive and were both as pleased as I had been on my first drive the afternoon before. I said yes, and the purchase procedure began. Mr. Bennett made it easy and explained everything, The finance man, Mr. Williams, was also very helpful. Mr. Bennett introduced us to his manager and then took us to the service department and introduced us to that manager and to the person we would check in with and showed us around. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. My new car was brought out to me freshly washed and Mr. Bennett went over all the features and connected my phone to the car for me. I love my new car and am happy I went to Riser to check on that prize... I only won the gold dollar, but I came away with a beautiful car that suits me perfectly. In less than 24 hours I was in a new car from Riser. What a wonderful experience! More
