Salesman was GREAT...manager blew the deal. Was shown a car by Levi, the salesman. When we went into the horrible negotiation process, everything went wrong. I couldn't believe what a terrible experience it was trying to deal with the managers at Riser. I had bought my previous car there and had a wonderful experience. I again would like to compliment the salesman, LEVI, for his wonderful customer service. Pretty sad when you can't buy a car because the it was promised to the GM's wife. I bought the same exact car for $2000.00 less the very next day at the Nissan dealer in Little Rock. On a better note, the repair dept. and parts dept. at Riser are EXCELLENT More

I was called a xxxxx by a manager. Complaint Description: Bought a used car for $6,000 more than what the retail of a new car was. Told mngr. 3 days later, he called me a xxxxx and tol Complaint Description: Bought a used car for $6,000 more than what the retail of a new car was. Told mngr. 3 days later, he called me a xxxxx and told me to leave. Bought a used car. I found out 3 days later I could buy a brand new one for $6,000 less. They didnt give me what I was promised for my car, $2000 less, and did not pay my sales tax as they were supposed to. I went to the mngr 3 days later & told him I was upset and that I would not refer anyone to the dealership. Even though this was the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them, the manager said "well, if she is going to be a xxxxx like that, she can just leave". More
