Got the car we needed! We needed more leg room in a car for our family of three adults. Since we had bought our last 5 cars from Smith ,now Orr Nissan, we felt comfortable We needed more leg room in a car for our family of three adults. Since we had bought our last 5 cars from Smith ,now Orr Nissan, we felt comfortable coming back here. We found the car we wanted and Michael Temple worked with us from start to finish to make the deal a pleasant experience. The rest of the staff was very helpful too. More

Great salesman at an average dealership Josh has done his very best to take care of me even though the dealership has dropped the ball several times. The dealership has made right on every mistake made but I feel like most of the mistakes were due to poor/lack of communication which are things that shouldn't happen. More

The nest customer service...Ever! From the beginning getting to the dealership is easy to get to. I like the building and the signs to get to the service department. The staff well prepared for any questions or issue. Staff know show to treat the customer(15/10!). I hate to smoke, but I hate the most is not having a place to put my cigarrette butt. It might be a good thing to have just for those customers that cannot wait to smoke until They get home :(. I loved that the found my car to have a recall...which I knew but I thought was not a big issue. I decided to let them get It fix at the moment.
