Hassle Free Experience When going in to look for a new truck, I figured it would be a nightmare to get them to work within my price range, but I was pleasantly surprised. I gave them my budget and add-ons which I wanted, and they put together a package deal that was actually a little below my budget. From there on, the process went smoothly. They didn't mind working with me and answering my questions and were friendly yet professional. What I had thought would be a nightmare of arguing and bickering back and forth turned into a fairly pleasant car-buying experience. I definitely wouldn't mind doing business with them again in the future. More

I was blown away by the awesome experience...from the covered drive-in w/ automatic opening doors, to some one waiting as soon as I stepped out of my truck to check me in with their Microsoft Surface tablet, the friendly staff, the very nice and comfortable waiting room, to the dealership driver quickly taking me to work, and...most importantly...to the free car wash that is next to the service department. Every part of the experience was excellent and above my expectation, based on past service experiences from other dealerships. Great job Orr Nissan Service Team! ~Robert~ More
