EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT I was visiting family near Fort Smith during the Memorial Day Weekend and my Infiniti overheated. I called the service dept first thing Tuesday mornin I was visiting family near Fort Smith during the Memorial Day Weekend and my Infiniti overheated. I called the service dept first thing Tuesday morning and spoke with David. He couldn't have been nicer. I had the car towed there that morning and they put it on the computer and also pressurized it to make sure of the problem. It was a radiator leak. He called me by 3pm that same day and got my go ahead to order the parts. My car was fixed the following day by 2pm and I felt comfortable driving it 500 miles home. No one likes to have car trouble, but it makes it a lot easier when you know everyone is doing all they can to alleviate the problems. Also, my final bill was $100 less that the price he quoted me. FUN EXPERIENCE I have bought 3 Nissan cars. ORR Nissan made buying a car fun. I wasn't there all day and it was a pleasure dealing with my sales guy Marcus. I left I have bought 3 Nissan cars. When I went back to get it my GPS was nowhere to be found.. I was disappointed as I do travel to St.Louis often so I did use it.. Marcus looked but was unable to find it.. Quality Service I had went to another dealership 30 min before going to Orr...the sells rep. did not show any type of motivation.
