Would buy again Holland and Kendall were very pleasant to deal with. Adam was a jerk face. Rude, overbearing, shifty, shady and about lost the entire deal. I understand there is some “car selling” in the routine BUT get over it and quit doing that. You don’t have to be that way. The consumer just wants it straight up over and done and go home with their car. No shady around the back crap. Would for sure send people to Holland and ask for Kendall as finance but when I buy another vehicle from ORR I don’t even want to see Adam. I will leave and go elsewhere even if it means I pay more. I hate rude jerk faces that think they are all that. More
