Great customer service from Bruce I am happy with the new car purchased but not with the detail job. I asked if they could buff out what looked like two scratches on the gas tank cover I am happy with the new car purchased but not with the detail job. I asked if they could buff out what looked like two scratches on the gas tank cover but the places were not removed. After a couple of phone calls I drove to the dealership. Thankful to have met Bruce Sanders who personally detailed the car out and removed the places from the gas tank cover (great customer service Bruce). This rating would have been 5 instead of a 3 if the places would have been removed the first time. More

Oil change I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. My last oil change occurred while I was out of state. I sought out a Nissan dealer to have the oil chan I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. My last oil change occurred while I was out of state. I sought out a Nissan dealer to have the oil changed, that dealership would not rotate the tires. Today, the technician was very apologetic and explained to the best of his knowledge why the other dealership refused to rotate the tires. Today, he explained everything about the oil change and tire rotation. He ensured that I understood the service that was completed. More
