Worry-Free & Friendly I had a bad experience at another dealership a couple days prior and was pretty discouraged about car buying at that point. An online inquiry about an Xterra at Orr led to a friendly discussion that could have gone bad when I pointed out a typo on their website. Salesman Richard Russell remained humble and did not push or insist when confronted about the error. For that reason I drove an hour in a hot car to see the vehicle. I am so glad I did because I loved the car more in person, the customer service was great, and the calm atmosphere at the dealership. They also made sure my 9 year old daughter was content and socially distanced from others. Did mention before that I hate car lots? Almost forgot I was at one while waiting on financing. Oh, and I remember other employees by name, based on their kindness in conversation while we waited. (Shout out to Brad!) Will give future business! More
