To be honest right now I feel sick to my stomach…I feel totally betrayed by Mini Orlando. I feel like my good nature and my very busy schedule have been exploited. Mini Orlando offered me an insulting amou totally betrayed by Mini Orlando. I feel like my good nature and my very busy schedule have been exploited. Mini Orlando offered me an insulting amount for my trade in ($2,000), even though I proved I had spent over $14,000 with Orlando Mini in the past 4 years keeping the car in top working order with only cosmetic issues. I naively hoped Mini Orlando would make some offer on the car and improve the poultry sum already offered …I was wrong and believe their lies even though I had researched the car was worth at least $4,600…Now to add insult to injury I find Mini Orlando bold face offering my old car for sale for $8,995 that is 450% pure profit! It is Dishonest! I cannot believe you would willingly take advantage of me like that. I am certainly giving Mini Orlando negative reviews by every means necessary and I am also weighing my options to seeking legal counsel on the matter. Understand Mini Orlando lied to me…Mini Orlando told me my car was not worth that much…clearly by their actions it was…I could understand making as 100% profit, but 450% is just dishonest. I feel cheated and worst exploited. I trusted Mini Orlando with my business for many years and this is how that trust is repaid…playing me for a fool. As it stands right now Mini Orlando has lost me as a customer. More
Terrible service. Got the car a 8 months ago. Discovered a bad AC leak internally. The problem was very obvious and not difficult to fix. It should have taken 48 hours to fix. Instead, they took 1 whole wee a bad AC leak internally. The problem was very obvious and not difficult to fix. It should have taken 48 hours to fix. Instead, they took 1 whole week to fix it, barely kept me informed, did not apologize for letting me without a car for 1 week, did not try to provide a solution for my transportation needs, when I when to pick it up, they could bot find my file for 10 mn, kept sending me from Service department to front desk back and forth, nobody seemed to care, when they finally found the file, the service department did not tell me what was wrong with the car, why it took so long, she just lazily pointed a finder to where the car was in the parking lot, without walking me to it. Worse of all, when I told her to come with me to the car to explain some of the features that I did not understand, she said that she could not come right now, because she had to take care first of some paperwork for some other customers. The whole attitude was insulting. I have owned Nissans, Cadillac, Ford, Infinity, and other cars in the past decades and I cannot remember such a poor level of service. I am appalled! More

Mr. Tom and his sales manager were prompt and very curtuous in helping me find what I needed with little to no effort. I travelled OVER 3 hours just for this reason and I did not leave dissatisfied. This is customers service at its finest , I would recommend to anyone. More
