Had a very slow leak on my tire on a month old MINI SE (electric). Orlando MINI discovered it was a bad valve stem and replaced it under warranty. Note: Discount Tire normally is great with tire servic (electric). Orlando MINI discovered it was a bad valve stem and replaced it under warranty. Did not complete the repair completely Did not order all parts necessary to complete repair. DId not have effective communication with customer about repairs. Had car for 2 weeks in order to complete a parts necessary to complete repair. DId not have effective communication with customer about repairs. Had car for 2 weeks in order to complete a 2 day job if all parts had been ordered correctly to begin with. Only offered a 5% off of original bill, yet still had to return car for repairs and lack thereof. Would not, should not, and Could not recommend taking your MINI to this dealer for service at this time. Worse experience. For the amount of monies spent to repair my car you would think they would return it in operational status the first time around. 2 different trips in for repairs and still the parts department cant get it together. ( RETRAINING ?) Sorry Mini of Orlando but I shall be searching for a different mech and service that does quality work the first time. With positive results so I don't return again with my car still not at 100 percent. ( EPIC FAILURE) More

Do NOT get your car serviced in Orlando! I went in because of a check engine light. They quoted me $2000 in repairs! They wanted me to get a whole new thermostat unit (including replacing a I went in because of a check engine light. They quoted me $2000 in repairs! They wanted me to get a whole new thermostat unit (including replacing a functioning water pump, etc), AND recommended four new coils and spark plugs! I had new spark plugs 1.5 years ago. Coils aren’t maintenance items. In the mechanic’s video he claimed I needed only one coil! When I questioned the write-up noting four coils AND new spark plugs — no response — basically just a shoulder shrug! Needless to say, I didn’t get any work done. The light is off and the car runs perfectly! Do NOT go there — they are crooks! More
