Took my car in to get looked at and worked on. They did a great job getting it fixed. I called to let them know my key fob that costs me $50 was left there and the receptionist tried transferring They did a great job getting it fixed. I called to let them know my key fob that costs me $50 was left there and the receptionist tried transferring me multiple times and didn’t ever get ahold of someone else to get that back. I called again the next day and still the same thing and she didn’t help me get that back so I gave up. Upset that I now have to pay $50 to replace that when it was attached to my keys when I handed off my car. Other than that, service was good and my car got fixed. More

I came in on 11. 11 for an inspection and had to come back on 11.29 to point out some things that were missed. In a nutshell I have 17,000 miles on my car and tires 11 for an inspection and had to come back on 11.29 to point out some things that were missed. In a nutshell I have 17,000 miles on my car and tires and one of the tires has a random defect where it is wearing in one spot only and has now caused the car to need an alignment. The team on site said they had not seen anything like that before and just said I must have hit a pothole or something. On 11.11 everything was perfectly fine, got the inspection and the thumbs up on my alignment and my tires. On 11.29 when I went back to point out the tire issues I was told "good catch" you need 4 new tires and an alignment. $1500. Doesn't feel right does it!? More
