I made an appointment for vehicle maintenance for first 6k miles. Upon arrival Service desk told me I didn’t need oil change just tire rotation-wish they told me on phone as I would have waited for 8k mile 6k miles. They told me it would be a quick turn around since it was just tire rotation so I waited in waiting room. After an hour I got an email saying inspection was down but instructed me to wait until I was called. Waited another hour and half-total of 2.5 hours - and finally got someone at service desk to find status and they had no idea where my vehicle was. Very disappointed in this service and this is not the Toyota Care I’m use to especially after buying a $60k Land Cruiser. Felt very disrespected. More
