I specifically asked the representative to check the right-rear door which would not lock. No repair was done to the door! The regular service was done in record time. For that I am grateful. Absolute worst experience buying a car at Brent Brown Toyota. Financing was rushed to get things signed. Had to keep messaging them to find out any updates. we paid for our Rav4 and left it to be detailed and smoke bombed ( smell of cigarette smoke) when our Rav4 was delivered to us 4 days later the inside was still not clean. it still had cigarette ash in the r bombed ( smell of cigarette smoke) when our Rav4 was delivered to us 4 days later the inside was still not clean. it still had cigarette ash in the rubber molding around the drivers door. the center console and cup holders had sticky stuff on them.
