Update: Todd made it right and kept me updated going forward and got me the car I wanted for the interest rate I was looking for and helped me feel at ease about it. I reached out on 5/21 and was contacted by Todd 5/25 I told him exactly what vehicle a new rav4 hybrid xse that I wanted and the colors I wanted blue or dark grey.. they didn't have one but he said he'd find one I checked in multiple times because I hadnt heard from him … 5/31 I called and he called back 3 hours later and said it would be here in one to two weeks and he had reserved it for me and was gonna send me the paperwork... took more information. I have never received paperwork or anything and he always said he was gonna call and send it to me 'tomorrow' tomorrow has never come and I haven't heard from him since I stopped reaching out. Absolutely ridiculous for a car salesman when someone is ready to buy to blow them off. I stopped reaching out because I shouldn't have to do that when I'm the one trying to spend 40+k! I think he never had anything to reserve 0 communication with me and 0 follow through. More
Honestly I'm not super thrilled with them. I had to find out after waiting an hour to register my car that I wouldn't be able to and why. Then upon calling I was given the run around for a week. I still have a temporary tag and am waiting for the right papers to register my car. More

I had my oil changed at Brent Brown Toyota and it was leaking oil since. I then had to go back and sit and wait for over 2 hours to get it fixed and oil added. Everything was great, I bought a used Van for my daughter. It was clean, nice shape, except when my daughter went to pick up the Van, it had barely enough gas for her to drive it home.
