My biggest feedback that causes me to feel that way is when we were driving the car Gaston told us that he would be able to get us a good deal on the car. When we got back to the dealership he gave us the paperwork for the full price, not cutting anything off and we had to negotiate to get some money off. Buying a car is a necessary evil and I feel like everyone is doing their job to get as much money out of us as possible. Everyone was friendly and answered questions, I'm just not trusting and everything feels over priced. More
Todd was wonderful to work with. When my car fell through on obtaining it from another dealership he looked and found a car for me. It's a great car. At least as much as you can enjoy giving somebody a large check. He was through and ensured I understood all my options. I do not recall working with Colby Sanders. More

Then again rushed to sign. My bad for not looking at the line items but that "thrown in" maintenance was a $700 extra on top of the warranty. Luckily Toyota financing has a policy that let's you cancel some of those purchases. Unfortunately the warranty I was pushed on was not through Toyota but a third party. I can't cancel that one. Pushy, rushed, and typical bad experience with the dealer. I look forward to the day when manufacturers start selling on line direct to consumers and puts the dealership out of business. More
