Over the years, I’ve found Brent Brown Toyota to be hit or miss in the sales and service departments. My 2024 Toyota Crown was due for its first 5000 mile service interval. The staff was friendly, They did an oil change, replaced a defective wiper blade and adjusted the headlights up a bit all per my service interval. They take forever, over an hour for a tire rotation and apparently 5 hours to program a key. They didn’t do the tire rotation that was not only scheduled to be done in the same day as the key but when we a apparently 5 hours to program a key.
