Enrique was kind—all the employees I interacted with were friendly. I just felt that the communication from Enrique was not great. I had to leave a couple messages in one day and then was not contacted bac friendly. I just felt that the communication from Enrique was not great. When I received the maintenance suggestions via text, I responded with approvals but found out the following day that my response had not gone through for some reason so none of it had been done. I called for an appointment and received a 9:30 Tuesday appointment. When arrived at 9;20 on Tuesday morning I was told my name was not on their list and would be treated as such. This is my worst deal with Toyota dealer. This is my 2nd purchase at this Toyota dealer in 1 year.
