I called ahead of time to see how long it would take to fix the break problem covered by warranty. I was told 45 minutes - 1 hour. It is a company fleet vehicle and I know of about 10 other nurses that got fix the break problem covered by warranty. I was told 45 minutes - 1 hour. It is a company fleet vehicle and I know of about 10 other nurses that got the repair done too and said it only took 45 minutes. I get there on the day of my appointment and am told that it would take half a day to a full day and was asked if I could drop it off. I planned 2 hours to make sure there was enough time and I had to work after that. They ended up working me in, but it was completely unacceptable to tell me one thing and then stress me out when I arrived to my appointment on time. I asked my colleagues what Toyota dealership they went to where they had no trouble and I will be making appointments with them from now on. More

At first I was a bit annoyed that my car had been there for over a week but at the end, completely changed my perspective! Adam is truly a great technician who went over the expectations and troubleshooted for over a week but at the end, completely changed my perspective! Adam is truly a great technician who went over the expectations and troubleshooted the heck out of my problem and although he could’ve easily just have me install a$4K inverter in my Hybrid he meticulously checked the wiring harness and found the culprit wires that were causing the issues! Yes, a lot of manhours but overall, im extremely satisfied! Him and the Service Manager, Lani, kept me in the loop at all times and definitively renewed my long lost confidence with bringing my car to the dealership for service! More

Purchased a new 2024 4Runner, on 9/12/24, they could not find the second key fob or manuals, told us they would find them and mail them to us. A month later and no manual or second key fob!
