First issue was for my 2024 Tundra. Joe Barney was the service advisor. Told him the issue and from the printed service invoice his explanation was lacking in any detail. I told him the creaking noise from the doors was when the windows were rolled up and started prior to my installed diamondback cover on the bed. Explained to him the issues and referred him to various forums that many others were having like me as well. Logan Wininger was the service tech. His amazing explanation was it was coming from the Diamondback bed cover that was installed. You even sent a video of him pounding on it explains his expert opinion. It's a creak not a banging sound and you can hear it without the windows down. Remember it was happening before I installed the bed cover. It was not wind noise nor did I ever say that to Joe. Wow is all I can say. Your tech and service department are bad and that's putting it politely. I took it to another dealer and they at least rode with me and reproduced the creaks in 1 minute. Then there is my 2017 Tacoma that had the Toyota Service Campaign for the water leak due to the center high-mounted stop lamp. Free of charge its says from Toyota. Well, same tech Logan again. Said the housing was cracked and they would have to charge me $863 to fix it before they would due the "Free Repair". I explained and showed him from Toyota that if it leaks (it does) they will either (1) install the Center High mounted stop lamp repair kit or a new Center high mount Stop Lamp assembly. Caleb, the Service Advisor, said the housing was not included in that assembly. Center High Mount Stop Light | 2016-2021 Tacoma Double Cab - Toyota (81570-04051). xxx! Caleb also said, "a small rock may of hit it". Maybe lightening hit it???????? $863 are you freaking kidding me! Heh Brent Brown, the part is $123 or less. For your reference R/O number 6262025/1. Also, it is not a TRD sport and the email on file is someone's else. If you can't even get that right then that tells me something. Maybe all your techs aren't as clueless as Logan or maybe as a dealership you don't give a crap about other Toyota owners. This review probably won't change a thing but if it keeps just 5 people from buying or coming to you for any service I hope it's worth it due to your incompetence and greed. More

Andrew was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with his fast and friendly manner. I did find out that the warranty I purchased with my car that was supposed to include 7 year I was very impressed with his fast and friendly manner. I did find out that the warranty I purchased with my car that was supposed to include 7 years of coverage, which is supposed to include oil changes is now really not true and what was sold to me was not what I was originally told. I remember specifically restating to the finance person that it included oil changes for that full time. This has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will definitely never purchase a warranty through a dealership ever again. I don't appreciate being lied to. I expect better from Toyota. More
