Junk dealer and dishonest When my wife and I originally purchased our car here, they sold us a "certified" pre-owned car that ended up being unsafe and had been wrecked, poorly When my wife and I originally purchased our car here, they sold us a "certified" pre-owned car that ended up being unsafe and had been wrecked, poorly repaired and had an entire tire and brake assembly from a car 8 years older. It couldn't pass safety and yet they certified it. After fighting them on it, their answer was to get us into a lease on a new car and we'd lose our down payment on the original car. Huge loss but better than driving a lemon. Their manager tried to soften the blow by telling us we could bring whatever other car we owned and use the free carwash on it, too. Today their service department stopped me and told me that despite one of their managers telling me I could use the car wash, it's against their policy and I can't use it again. I've sunk so much time and money into this dealership with multiple vehicles and they can't even keep up their word on something as small as using their complimentary car wash. I will never be back, I will never recommend them, and I hope others are lucky enough to not have to deal with them. More
