Getting right to business and very happy! I called ahead of time (same day) to schedule an appointment for a trade-in/purchase with sales associate, Cindy Innacelli. I read her reviews and figured she would be the best person to handle me. I drive down from Bergen County with my 5-year old who was on winter break. I had an idea of the car in mind, and we were able to get to business without and hassles or convincing me to buy something new or expensive when all I needed was a certified preowned SUV-family car. I am so grateful for her efficiency and the availability of staff to expedite things as I had my child patiently waiting to drive away in a new vehicle. The sales at this dealership in my experience was excellent! I would recommend anyone. The follow-up from then is also commendable. Thank you for being so responsive to questions and reaching out.
