This was again my experience when I had an emergency and needed to have a problem diagnosed and repaired quickly. Anna, the service manager, and her staff were extremely pleasant and professional. They provided detailed answers to both technical and practical questions, and arranged for a shuttle to drive me home while the car was being repaired. This is a service department that considers both the car and its driver; I highly recommend them. More

Excellent service with a smile and follows through Kevin sold me my first Volvo S40, so when I was finally ready to trade it in after 250,000 miles when it started to burn oil, the first trouble I ever Kevin sold me my first Volvo S40, so when I was finally ready to trade it in after 250,000 miles when it started to burn oil, the first trouble I ever had with it, of course I came back to him! He always remembered me when I came in for routine service. I first checked the website and found out there was a 2014 XC90 and emailed him, since I work all hours. He had the car brought up from Princeton right away, I liked it and bought it. I found out there was another just like it also in Princeton I thought would be good for my daughter, and he had that one brought up for her to test drive. No pressure! She liked it and I bought it for her. All the people at Volvo were very helpful and flexible, making arrangements around our busy schedules and geography so we could get these purchases done expeditiously, including taking care of some aspects in Princeton, closer to my daughter's residence. When little things came up he and his staff were always right on it to immediately fix whatever the problem was as soon as he knew. They are very reliable and dependable. Other people tried to talk me into getting another brand of car, but I have such a solid relationship with Volvo and know the quality of the car from personal experience and had no need to look elsewhere. I remain very satisfied to this day. More

We were convinced that it was the car for us and negotiated a good deal and made a deposit for the car. Ray picked up the car from a nearby dealership and was preparing the car for us to pickup the next day. However, out of curiosity we test drove Tesla X 90D and decided was had to get it. Ray was very gracious upon hearing our decision and promptly returned our deposit. Our experience with Ray was refreshing and comforting. More
