Let Down After 8 Years After dealing with the same dealership for 8 years I must say I was let down by care and concern shown by the new people at the dealership. They may claim the change was for the better but I disagree. I needed to remind them of coverage I had on my car and for the first time ever my car was returned unwashed for the first time ever. I guess the small things no longer matter. More

Very Good Chris is very very accommodating 2 Reasons for not giving a 5 star review ! - Which is no fault of the service department, but does effect my feelings/ view of the dealership is the 2 Reasons for not giving a 5 star review ! - Which is no fault of the service department, but does effect my feelings/ view of the dealership is the added insurance policy I took for the wheels and tires is a JOKE! They s fight you tooth and nail when a claim is placed. My wheel was clearly bend and visible to the naked eye and thy would not replace it because it was not leaking air! REALLY!!!!! The car was not drivable above 55 miles an hour! Bottom Line find a better provider for you customers. This is my second Volvo leased through you dealership. 2 - The off sight car was thing sucks. 3 - And this is and old one the delevery lesson was awful. Thank god the sale person is no longer with you. More

XC90 Servicing Left my XC90 at the drop box for servicing and fixing the AC. The servicing department sent a Lyft car to pick my wife up at home and take her to the Left my XC90 at the drop box for servicing and fixing the AC. The servicing department sent a Lyft car to pick my wife up at home and take her to the service department to get a loaner vehicle the next morning after realizing they didn’t immediately have the part needed to fix my AC. I was very happy to know they took the initiative to provide me a vehicle for the weekend until mine could get fixed.... The staff was also very courteous and explained everything in detail. Really enjoyed my service experience here!! More

Issue with tyre nailed! One tyre was leaking air lowering pressure to 26 lbs triggering a dashboard warning. Checked all tyres and filled as necessary. Called and made appointment. Problem was found to be a large nail which was removed and replaced with a plug. Have been driving Volvo's for 41 years and purchased and serviced by Volvo Country for 32 years. More

Serious responsivness issue While the service department seemed to do a good job (and Rob was very pleasant and cooperative), their corporate policy claims a 7 year warranty was While the service department seemed to do a good job (and Rob was very pleasant and cooperative), their corporate policy claims a 7 year warranty was not good for a particular part which was not specified in the warranty contract because the 7 year warranty covered that part for 3 years before I owned the car, leaving me a 4 year warranty. Absurd. I asked for a list of parts similarly situated (according to their policy) and have received no paperwork and not even the curtesy of a responsive call. More
