XC90 Servicing Left my XC90 at the drop box for servicing and fixing the AC. The servicing department sent a Lyft car to pick my wife up at home and take her to the Left my XC90 at the drop box for servicing and fixing the AC. The servicing department sent a Lyft car to pick my wife up at home and take her to the service department to get a loaner vehicle the next morning after realizing they didn’t immediately have the part needed to fix my AC. I was very happy to know they took the initiative to provide me a vehicle for the weekend until mine could get fixed.... The staff was also very courteous and explained everything in detail. Issue with tyre nailed! One tyre was leaking air lowering pressure to 26 lbs triggering a dashboard warning. Checked all tyres and filled as necessary. Called and made appointment. Problem was found to be a large nail which was removed and replaced with a plug.
