STOP... Proceed with caution: Brought a new Mazda in for 1st service. Abdul at the service center was pleasant and tried to call Mazda to honor a complimentary oil change we had from another dealership, how 1st service. Abdul at the service center was pleasant and tried to call Mazda to honor a complimentary oil change we had from another dealership, however in the end... we were 'overcharged for the service' We were told it would be 49.95 with an online coupon and 19.95 for tire rotation.... but when we went to pay - they didn't honor the online coupon we had printed and brought with us. They also have a digital screen with their prices in the waiting area....and we showed him the pricing, however he insisted it was not correct. So beware........ Perhaps use your local family owned repair shop instead. More
Knowing things are crazy right now, I fully expected it to be challenging, to say the least, to buy a car. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy Mike made it at the Mazda dealership in East Brunswic to be challenging, to say the least, to buy a car. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy Mike made it at the Mazda dealership in East Brunswick. Yes, prices are high right now but I knew that going in. I did my shopping and found their prices actually be lower than most! Really happy that I stopped in. Bought a used CX5 from them and I absolutely love it!! More
Worst dealer ever; extremely unprofessional and deceptive! We worked a deal with one of their sales associates (Marvin Sanchez) on a new 2021 CX5 and put a deposit accordingly. When we went to pick deceptive! We worked a deal with one of their sales associates (Marvin Sanchez) on a new 2021 CX5 and put a deposit accordingly. When we went to pick up the car 2 days later and after confirming all the car specs, we started signing the contract and the financing papers and on the last page they said BTW we changed the financial offer we made you 2 days ago!!!!! They thought they would push us to accept the new offer by letting us go through all this and then saying that at the end!!! Totally unprofessional and deceptive. We refused to sign and asked to speak to the manager who simply offered to split the difference with us!!! We asked for a refund and they said they will issue it. Benn over two weeks and we have not received the refund. Never go there!! More
Great experience! Thank you Margrett! Did our research we were clear on what we specifically wanted. Use the Geico auto buying site and Margrett reached out within an hour. The other dealers were offering me were clear on what we specifically wanted. Use the Geico auto buying site and Margrett reached out within an hour. The other dealers were offering me a market adjusted price that was $2000 over sticker price. The team at open road did not play that game. 2 to 3 hours after walking in my son drove off the lot with the exact car he wanted. Extremely happy with the purchase. Thank you again Margrett and open Road. More
I hold a million dollars in cars and I can say this dealer is Wildly unprofessional, do NOT go here. Was assured the car I was looking for was there, drive 45mins to see it, wasn't there. Then schedule dealer is Wildly unprofessional, do NOT go here. Was assured the car I was looking for was there, drive 45mins to see it, wasn't there. Then schedule an appointment and was to told to come in. Was being SOLD BEFORE I GET THERE. Wasted my time twice, and was pretty much told too bad. I made every attempt to see this vehicle and was kicked to the side. They don't care about you and don't deserve your business, was prepared to buy multiple cars. I'll take my business to a dealer that actually cares about there customers, not the typical disgusting dealer antics, just hunting the sale. More

I have 3 payments left on my current Mazda CX-3 that my stepdaughter drives - time to start looking for a replacement. I get a letter from Open Road Mazda stating that as a preferred customer I get a special deal - lease of Mazda CX-30 for 54.00 dollars less than my current monthly payment (250.00), with a down payment of 660.00. Letter was signed by their general manager and general sales manager. I looked at the numbers - deal looked very reasonable. I thought that it's the end of the month and they want to get rid of some of CX-30 from their inventory. I made an appointment, and showed up with my step daughter who was excited to get a new car. After spending about 1.5 hours in the dealership - test drive, documentation, it was finally time to make the deal. Salesperson took Mazda's letter and went to speak to the manager. He came back and informed me that lowest monthly price that they can offer is 347.00 - almost a double of 194.00 that was in the letter! When I asked "what about the letter, why did you send it to me with these numbers" I got no reasonable explanation. Not mad at the salesman but at people who wrote and sent this deceptive letter. What a letdown and a waste of time. Will not be lured by Open Road Mazda again. More
Paid to have my car installed with Apple play. When I got my car back, there were scratches all over the dash around where they had to remove the little screen to install the software. The scratches were slo my car back, there were scratches all over the dash around where they had to remove the little screen to install the software. The scratches were sloppily covered with permanent marker. They tried to tell me that all the scratches had been there before, and tried to intimidate me at the dealership when I confronted them. The service repair technician lied to my face about damaging my car saying he "couldn't see that well in the dark". I even had pictures of what the dash looked like before. I had to pursue other means to get compensation. Do not get your car serviced here. More
I purchased used 2018 Mazda 3 from this dealership. They charged me $700 for used car prep and $299 for royal guard (I was told its mandatory as per their rules). Their salesman Mikhail told me they had put charged me $700 for used car prep and $299 for royal guard (I was told its mandatory as per their rules). Their salesman Mikhail told me they had put new tires, one of them got punctured in couple of weeks and tire shop told me they are not new, they are 2017 tires. Now I have to pay again for tires. Complete fraud for a car dealer. Suggest people to stay away. More

I inquired about a vehicle last evening (Sunday). This morning Raquel confirmed that the vehicle was available for me to come see and test drive. This was a used car. I told her I was very interested in t morning Raquel confirmed that the vehicle was available for me to come see and test drive. This was a used car. I told her I was very interested in this vehicle and also that I would be coming from over an hour away. I got to the dealership with my husband and Raquel set us up with a salesman. He went to get the keys and came back to tell us the car was sold on Saturday. He said the car was still showing as available in the system and that they only knew the car was sold when he looked for the keys. My question was why hadn’t Raquel looked for the keys especially when I told her we were coming from over an hour away! We walked out. I emailed Raquel and the manager and nether had the decency to respond. I believe they knew the car was fold and they planned to try snd sell us something more expensive. This is why car salespeople get a sleezy reputation. More
