Horrible customer service, never picks up the phones. Called every line and department and kept getting a recorded message saying "no one is available to pick up your call" and disconnecting me. Tried sales, service and their main number and they all had the same recording. Was trying to schedule maintenance service on a new car I bought from them last year. Been trying for days and can't get through to anyone there but today i tried more than 20 times. Finally I got through on Sales and I said "I was trying to reach service" and before i finished my sentence which was going to say "but I haven't been able to get through" this rude woman without saying a word cut me off and transferred me to service where I was back to square one with the same recording and being disconnected. I then tried a few more times and couldn't get her back. Kept getting the "no one is available" message and hanged up on. For a Honda dealer they sure have horrible customer service. I only bought my car from them because they where the only ones close to me that had the color i wanted in stock but never again. I just wanted to get the car maintenance service there because that's where I bough it but nope not doing that. They weren't that great the day I bought it and they had to check a tire that kept going flat which at the end I ended up replacing at my own expense but i figured i would give them another chance. Would not recommend this dealer ship to anyone. More
Service people are rude and arrogant; absolutely no help at all. Do not call with a question, you will not get a reasonable answer. They had the xxxxx to call me greedy when clearly they've installed dealer options on every single vehicle and you're obligated to purchase them. Jacked up prices by 3k. Go to nearby dealers, at least some of them haven't added any accessories even if they are selling at Msrp. Avoid this xxxxhole at any cost. No wonder why it was dead when I went and Sales were playing with their phones. They didn't even let me test drive what I wanted. There are plenty of Honda dealerships in the area. Seriously visit any one of them besides this one. More

I went to this dealership on Saturday afternoon 7/24 to decide on which model i wanted to buy - CRV or HRV. The salesman was standing around outside not working with anyone and the dealership was slow. He told me that there were no HRvs on the lot and he was definitely not interested or willing to take me on a test drive of the CRV. I will be buying a CRV but not from this terrible dealership. I've heard plenty of bad stories and I guess that they are all true. They lost a sale. Also, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the lot. More
My lease for 2018 Honda CRV EX was up and my choices was to either pay off my car or lease a new car. My sales rep VJ and The Manager Robert did a wonderful job giving me a great deal not only did i end up to either pay off my car or lease a new car. My sales rep VJ and The Manager Robert did a wonderful job giving me a great deal not only did i end up leasing a new car but i got a 2021 Honda Pilot EXl for not to much more money a month, they did a great job and didnt waste any time giving me high prices nor did they devalue my trade in. I will recommend anyone i can to this dealership. More

Bought the car on December 31st, today is March 3rd, still have not received my license plate. Emailed the sales person Juan Bernal multiple times, no response. Left a message online, no response. Called the dealership, transferred multiple times, got to a random person's voicemail and you guessed it, NO RESPONSE. They might have decent price but don't expect any service if something goes wrong. I know some are wondering it's Covid, NJ MVC is slow.. let's see, I bought a tesla on December 29th, and received the plate in less than a month. More
