Mike Gworek service dept I've had 2 major issues with my brand new 2014 CRV. But the second one made me leave a service dept forever! After a certain Honda service dept played with my brand new CRV for 7 WEEKS..including never calling back,I called Mike Gworek who diagnosed and corrected the engine light that would never go out in 24 hours!!! I met Mike years ago at my local Honda (10 min away) but unfortunately for me he left for Open Road 35 min AWAY fr me. Surrounded by many Honda's dealers I chose another local one for service but out of complete desperation I called Mike who said " thats rediculous..an engine light should not be on for 7 weeks!
