TERRIBLE - CROOKS - LIARS - THIEVES I have never witness such a horrific experience leasing a Honda at any other dealership before and I have leased my previous Honda for 3 terms (9 year I have never witness such a horrific experience leasing a Honda at any other dealership before and I have leased my previous Honda for 3 terms (9 years). Let me start by Saying "Johnny" in sales helped and guided us right through with ease and got us to where we wanted monthly on a lease. Everything was flawless leading up to signing our paperwork with Mario in Finance. This guy Mario is a CROOK to say the very least! I don't understand how such a large company can allow this type of behavior and dishonesty to go on and I'm sure they were aware of it. Our agreed upon price changed completely once we started signing our paperwork. We agreed on 1k down (ALL INCLUSIVE) and $350 per month. Mario then proceeded to tell me this was a great deal but I need to pay fees that I didn't agree to on top and my old dealer would have never given this deal so I must pay more. He also said Johnny does not have as much authority as him and at the end of the day the price Johnny gave us means NOTHING! Also, after reviewing the contract he tried giving us only 10k miles per year instead of the agreed upon 12k miles, please make sure you do your homework if you come here and pay close attention to the details of your contract when you are signing cause these people are nothing but thieves. I just received a bill from my old turn in with a excess mileage fee which was also supposed to be wiped out. I honestly wish I would have ripped up those contract papers and went somewhere else but the only thing that kept me from doing so was Johnny and the fact that I didn't want to take the sale away from him after all his hard work and the time we spent there going back and forth. Johnny ending up promising us a refund which we are still waiting on almost 3 weeks later. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this dealership, I will never return or recommend to anyone I know.
