My experience at Cadillac was awesome from start to finish. As soon as you walk in, either a salesman or Manager will greet you and instantly make your life easier. They asked me if I had anything in mind or if I wanted to look around, so Mr. Napoli gave me a tour of the place and walked around the lot with me to see if there was anything that caught my eye. With his help, I was able to narrow my choices down to 2 cars: an Escalade and a Mercedes GLE. In the end, I ended up choosing the GLE because Mr. Napoli was able to give me a better deal on that one. Instantly this has become my favorite dealership because everyone in there was so nice & helpful! More
