AVOID AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY from this dealer - and from salesperson David Lutz. Purchased a CPO BMW 320i - 2017 from them 3 weeks ago - immediately noticed the vehicle STAY AWAY from this dealer - and from salesperson David Lutz. Purchased a CPO BMW 320i - 2017 from them 3 weeks ago - immediately noticed the vehicle had issues with the brakes. How can a vehicle be certified - with warped rotors that violently shake when braking from speeds of 55+mph? Went back to the dealer and was essentially told they cannot do anything. Moreover. David Lutz came off as rude and condescending, and was unwilling to work with us AT ALL on the price of the vehicle, or even let us speak to his manager in regards to it - all he kept hammering away at was "this is a great deal" - when in fact, true car showed that the we paid $600 more than we should have. AVOID this dealer - and particularly - this salesperson at all costs. Finally, I even noticed that the vehicle wasn't fully fueled - as when I drove off the lot I had a range of 300 miles, but after filling it up myself the next week, the range was 455. Plenty of other good BMW dealers in the Central NJ area, you're much better off giving one of them your business. More

I want to take the time out to recognize the BDC Service Manager & Customer Experience Manager Mrs. April Quist. She has went well above and beyond of what I’m sure her position entails for me from the day I had the opportunity to speak with her. I have been in contact on nearly a daily basis since November of 2017 up until now with any concerns I’ve had with my car. She calls to follow up on everything to ensure my needs are being tended to as they should be. I have had some bad experiences with other Bmw dealers unfortunately but she has definitely redeemed any of those terrible experiences I have had with her charming attitude and big heart of concern. I can almost say she is like a second mother to me, And I sincerely mean that. I also want to take time out to recognize Jim Crowe the Service Director for approving whatever requests April had made on my behalf to help me with my vehicles needs. It means a lot to me More

From the time I ordered the car to the time I took delivery Alan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was exceedingly honorable. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to make certain I was satisfied and has even gone so far as to have my car picked up and checked out for a minor issue I was having and even came to my house to put on the license plates when they arrived so I didn't have to be inconvenienced with driving to the dealership. I would highly recommend Alan K to anyone considering a BMW and will most definitely be a repeat customer!! More

I got alerts in the monitor followed by check engine light. I made multiple visits to them, but they couldn't fix the issue. I had to take the car to another dealership to diagnose and fix. I spent a lot of money and time to get this sorted, but these guys didn't even bother to give me a call. Their customer service is the worst. Please don't bring your car to this dealership. More
