Useless Igor has been absolutely useless. I gave him a 5 star rating initially but I have been waiting for my plates for almost two months, when I call Igor Igor has been absolutely useless. I gave him a 5 star rating initially but I have been waiting for my plates for almost two months, when I call Igor he says he'll get back to me but never does. He never knows anything and it is never his fault, it's always the "business office" which is mysteriously never available. Run Away from Igor! More
