Eugene was very polite, honest, and was prompt in responding to email/text inquiries and returning calls. Price agreed upon was very reasonable and what I was aiming for. He explained all the details of the process, and ensured that I got only the products I needed. One of the requests required Eugene to submit additional paperwork with BMWNA and do more follow ups with them but he agreed without any hesitation in order to satisfy my request.
