Worst place to fix your BMW. If you lease anything better than stock 3 series stay away from this place you will end-up paying your lease amount and drive the cheapest car they on the lot for weeks. I purchased a car in 2019 and had a good experience with my salesman. I would rate HIM 5 stars, but he is no longer works there. I got pressured into the tire protection package and called to cancel it the my salesman. I would rate HIM 5 stars, but he is no longer works there. I got pressured into the tire protection package and called to cancel it the following day. It took me MONTHS of constantly calling the dealership to try and see an update on cancelling the tire protection package. I ended up doing my own research, finding the company associated with the tire protection package, and contacted them. It finally got rectified a few weeks later. I want to add throughout this entire ordeal, my calls were not being answered by the dealership. Miraculously when calling from a different number, someone would pick up immediately. I want to also add I tried giving the dealership a chance by contacting them recently to help my sister get a lease. We spoke to a salesman which the name I do not remember, and he said he would get me prices within 20 minutes. I told him I was planning on coming tomorrow with my sister to lease a car. I waited 45 minutes, then by 9pm I figured maybe they got busy, I'll see tomorrow. By 12pm still no call with prices, so I ended up going to Lincoln and leasing a new vehicle with my sister there. I do not think a customer who is spending thousands should be treated this way. More

Edit: 4/13/21 Pre-purchase I was promised pads and rotors replacement. I had gotten a text from Hamada claiming that they were done. After buying the car, I'd asked the Hamada if the rotors were replaced, Hamada then admits to only doing the pads. Unacceptable, really hoped I found a reliable dealership but I guess they're all the same. More
