Worked with the internet/used car sales department. They eased my mind of the "high pressure" sales tactics from years ago. Very easy and accomodating. Shawn was very patient and pleasant to deal with and went over all the bells and whistles on my gorgeous new (used) Acura TSX. They had EXACTLY the car I was searching for!! He, nor the rest of the sales department, pressured me into anything or made me feel like I wasn't getting the complete package. (that was left up to the finance department - wasn't too thrilled with that portion of my experience, but the paperwork is signed and the car is mine!) Damien in the finance department was VERY high pressure regarding the extended warranty (so much so, that my husband, who was home waiting for me to join him for dinner, had to eat left-overs that night, and I was left sitting around most of the night, on my 3 hour stint to get the paperwork signed off by finance (THAT was the nightmare!). Plus, I noticed that there were 2 charges on my contract that should NOT have been in there, but at that point (which I guess is his tactic), I was exhausted (since I came right after working a 10 hour day), and I was starving - I just wanted to get out of there...so it cost me an additional $300 that SHOULD NOT have been on the contract. Either way, though - I would recommend Open Road Acura of Wayne going forward (and especially Shawn!) Thank you, everybody!! More

DiAndre happened to call on my lease renewal the day my husband and I planned to visit Acura. We went in that evening and spoke to DiAndre. He was aware of our concerns and met our needs. DiAndre sat with me and went over all of the new features and linked my BlueTooth. When the plates arrived, DiAndre was the one to put them on and not the service department. DiAndre was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and Open Road Acura of Wayne to friends and family, being a customer myself for over 12 years now. More

We (my father and I) visited the dealership many times, each time meeting with James Christo. We found the dealership to be very helpful in making our decision: the salesman was knowledgeable of the cars h each time meeting with James Christo. We found the dealership to be very helpful in making our decision: the salesman was knowledgeable of the cars he was selling, we were able to take multiple test drives without any hassle, and felt no pressure during price negotiations and signing. When we finally decided on the car model we wanted to buy, a previously negotiated price was respected and we signed the papers and left the dealership with the car in hand within a couple of hours. While we have no intentions of buying another new car any time soon, we will certainly be returning to Open Road Acura when that time comes. More

My two sisters and I all leased new 2012 cars (RDX truck, Acura TL and Acura TSX special edition). We are all in love with our new purchases. When it was time to work with finance, Warren was very professional, organized and answered all of our questions with ease. After purchasing our cars, we made appointments with Laurie in the service department to have our remote starters put in. She was very helpful in scheduling around our busy work week so we could bring our cars in. We are all very happy & riding around in style! More
