BAM! It was covered and repaired. I couldn’t believe it. He actually did the homework for me. Most simple and successful service/warranty ever. And no high pressure mentioning of a survey that may come. In the past at this location, the survey seemed to be the most important thing with “anything less than a 5 star is considered a failure”.
