Quick and convenient You can walk in to this service center with out an appointment and if you are going in for one of you complementary services (first25000 miles) , you You can walk in to this service center with out an appointment and if you are going in for one of you complementary services (first25000 miles) , you will be directed to the Express lane. I’ve gone in 2 times and the technician are down within an hour which is not bad at all. Oh and did i mention the complementary Lyft ride that they provide if you wont be waiting (oakland area only). By far the best service i’ve ever experienced, and if you do go in make sure you ask for John. More
