Not only that this dealership (commercial service unit) don't pay attention when service too . We are a non profit with several trucks on the fleet . Not only that this dealership (commercial service unit) don't pay attention when service is done (30k miles, 60k miles ) to do what supposed to be done , but I have to tell them to change air filters (they forgot after that to clamp them back having a horrible noise ) have to tell them to do tire rotation , wiper blade replacement . Told them that was a noise coming from engine , they were keep saying that is nothing , after 10 days of research and blocking this van , of course was like me , was a fricking timing belt . Every time I call for a regular oil change they are telling me I DO NOT NEED appointment , going there they are telling me I need an appointment . Horrible experience More
