We were told by Andre a particular price for our trade-in, the cost of the vehicle AND that we were within a few hundred dollars of a deal. Olathe Ford wouldn't stand by his word. We were told $4,000 less than what Andre told us. Never have we dealt with this situation when buying a vehicle. They could have made this right and didn't.
