Exceptional service and customer satisfaction This morning I came in for routine maintenance for my 2014 Mustang. I was greeted by Jason Moss who wrote up my order and patiently answered a couple This morning I came in for routine maintenance for my 2014 Mustang. I was greeted by Jason Moss who wrote up my order and patiently answered a couple question I had. The work was completed within about an hour and then Jason came into the customer lounge, where I was waiting, to explain what had been done to my car and what the overall diagnosis was. Jason obviously aimed for customer satisfaction and I appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. I have been to the service department several times since I bought my car from you and every time I have been treated with utmost courtesy and eager-to-please service managers. It would be easier for me to take my car to an auto repair shop closer to my home but I feel driving the 10+ miles to Olathe Ford is worth the time because of the wonderful service I get from you. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Had my first oil change and tire rotation on my new Navigator.
