Fast, efficient and friendly To Whom It May Concern: Everything went very well during the recent purchase of my new Ford Fusion Titanium. The only glitch occurred during the visi To Whom It May Concern: Everything went very well during the recent purchase of my new Ford Fusion Titanium. The only glitch occurred during the visit in the finance office. They assumed, and I was never asked, how I wanted the paper work filled out in order to get the "Manufacturers Statement of Origin" changed to a "Certificate of Title" and to license the vehicle. It should have been made out to "James M. and/or Margaret A. Thomas" instead of solely in my name. At the DMV I was able to add "transfer on death" which solves part of the problem but not all. If I should pass away prior to my spouse and the vehicle is not paid off, her income is significantly reduced yet she will be required to qualify for a loan (at a much higher interest rate) to purchase the (now used) Ford Fusion. This will cost her both money and time. I am still very pleased, but there should not have been this issue. Respectfully submitted; James M. Thomas Olathe, KS More
