I have been getting service at this dealership for many years. Brian and Tammy have always taken good care of me. I just got a new water pump because mine was leaking, the new one was a lemon and leaked as years. Brian and Tammy have always taken good care of me. I just got a new water pump because mine was leaking, the new one was a lemon and leaked as well so they replaced it and discovered an oil leak which they also repaired. My husband worked with the new service manager Brandon and got everything taken care of. I use my car for weekly trips to OKC for my brothers cancer treatments so Brandon made sure I had a loaner which would accommodate his wheel chair and necessary medical equipment, which is highly appreciated. Love my Toureg TDI Executive and plan to keep it for many years. More
