We do find it important to clarify the situation as there are several false claims in your post. The Volkswagen Atlas was thoroughly diagnosed by a Volkswagen-certified technician. Our team at Oklahoma City Volkswagen apologizes that you did not agree with our recommendations as you stated the Atlas is brand new. As customer satisfaction is OKC VW’s #1 goal, we went the extra mile and allowed you to drive our technician to the specific located highway “ bump ” where the “shimmy” was taking place; so we could handle your concern with extra care. The Atlas handled like a pro and we ultimately could not duplicate the concern again & again! Our OKC VW service team thoroughly inspected all suspension & parts to provide a worry-free driving experience and provided documentation that your Atlas had no safety concerns. We apologize that we could not meet your expectations. Our Oklahoma City Volkswagen team is glad to hear you're taking your Atlas elsewhere!
