Update: Management finally reached out to me and we had a very good conversation. Once again they apologized for what happened and then made it right. That’s all I actually wanted was to hear from them so I could let ownership know my perspective of the situation. Lastly what was most important is they followed through on what they said they were going to do (contact me). This is the great customer service and responsibility I’m accustomed to receiving from VW of OKC!
