Frustrating. I don't think the dealership had the Title processed from the previous owner before placing it on the lot. So it took an extremely long time to get I don't think the dealership had the Title processed from the previous owner before placing it on the lot. So it took an extremely long time to get the title to me, because they were still in process of the previous title change. They were rude to me bc I didn't choose to finance through them and they kept walking away repeatedly and seeming to drag their feet. When I would call about an update to the title, they would say... Well it would have been an easier process if you would have financed through us. Instead of the truth. And I was never transferred to the department that handles titles. Ugh. More
I was there to pick up my '23 Taos after warranty repair, but decided to look into the '24 Tiguan R-Line Black. I have been in and out with my Taos and Jacob has been phenomenal every time. It's because of h but decided to look into the '24 Tiguan R-Line Black. I have been in and out with my Taos and Jacob has been phenomenal every time. It's because of him that I was willing to stick with VW and give OKC VW a chance to get me into a Tiguan. Jordan was excellent and got me an even better deal on my new Tiguan than I had on my Taos! I look forward to being a continued customer of OKC VW! More

It takes entirely too long for an oil change, I have been coming to OKC VW for 11 years and the service just gets slower and slower. I am usually there over 2 hours even with making an appointment. I had a coupon from Fowler that Rocky said he would "take care of me". When it was time to pay the bill, he (or his boss) refused to honor the coupon. I call that PPM!!! Don't expect me back. More
Took my golf in for a wheel alignment. Only have a couple of issues. I had just detailed the full car the day before and the service center still thought it needed to be cleaned so they sp Only have a couple of issues. I had just detailed the full car the day before and the service center still thought it needed to be cleaned so they spayed it down with water without asking me which then just ment I had water marks all over the car that I had spend an hour cleaning off again. Also when I got the car back my passengers side seat back was all the way down so I guess maybe one of the techs took a little nap in there which is why it took nearly 2 hours to do my alinement. Rocky my service advisor was great as always. More
