Frustrating. I don't think the dealership had the Title processed from the previous owner before placing it on the lot. So it took an extremely long time to get I don't think the dealership had the Title processed from the previous owner before placing it on the lot. So it took an extremely long time to get the title to me, because they were still in process of the previous title change. They were rude to me bc I didn't choose to finance through them and they kept walking away repeatedly and seeming to drag their feet. When I would call about an update to the title, they would say... Well it would have been an easier process if you would have financed through us. Instead of the truth. And I was never transferred to the department that handles titles. Ugh. More

I was there to pick up my '23 Taos after warranty repair, but decided to look into the '24 Tiguan R-Line Black. I have been in and out with my Taos and Jacob has been phenomenal every time. It's because of h but decided to look into the '24 Tiguan R-Line Black. I have been in and out with my Taos and Jacob has been phenomenal every time. It's because of him that I was willing to stick with VW and give OKC VW a chance to get me into a Tiguan. Jordan was excellent and got me an even better deal on my new Tiguan than I had on my Taos!
