After several attempts to find a low mileage c5 close to home, I stumbled upon a prestine '03 spiral grey for sale by Ohio Auto Warehouse. Immediately emailed the dealership because I had a question regarding sales tax as I was in WV. Dan promptly emailed me back and answered my question. Decided to leave home at 5am the next morning to make the 3 1/2 hour trip to their dealership. Once I arrived I was met by Dan who took me inside to show me where the vehicle I had inquired about was tucked away. Took a little bit to get several other cars moved out of the way so that they could pull the one out I was looking at but I wasn't in a hurry and everyone was being friendly. Dan took me around the car once it was down off the rack and pointed out a lot of the details and little things that the previous owner had done to the car. Pictures didn't do it justice! The car was immaculate. Well cared for by the previous owner and excellently detailed by the person who serviced it at Ohio Auto Warehouse. After test driving the car I was sold. Drove smooth, shifted smooth, and sounded awesome thanks to the aftermarket exhaust. Dan and Brian (finance guy) were wonderful to work with. Brian was very patient at explaining the contract and going over any details I needed to know. Not one person there treated me like just another sale. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. This truly is an amazing group of people and the truck is absolutely beautiful. I felt completely comfortable doing this because Cory was very thorough in explaining the condition of the truck and I was even more impressed once I got to the dealership and had it in front of me. They work with the best pricing and the value is unbelievable and beat every other dealerships prices I found on trucks that were nowhere near as nice. I was searching for a very specific vehicle within 500 miles of my home and they beat every other dealer pricing I found and even gave me a $200 discount to help keep me in my budget. Brian made the purchase process extremely easy as well, reaching out to my lender directly and very quickly. The process took no more than a day in total from the time I called about the truck, to them getting everythi g my bank needed to them and to me picking up the check. I drove down the next morning and it was parked in front awaiting my arrival. Cory and Brian were right there to greet me and show me around the truck and I was extremely impressed at the beautiful inventory of extremely clean and luxury vehicles they had on the lot that I hadn't even known they carried until I pulled up on the lot. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly, most said hello or smiled and waved as you walked through. It was a smooth and easy process from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough. I'll be using them from now on for my next vehicle purchase and for the purchase of vehicles for my children. I've also started recommending them to family and friends who are considering any car or truck purchase. They may not be a massive dealership but they have amazing quality vehicles and customer service that will beat any of the bigger dealers any day in my book.
