The service department was exceptional. Initially I did not have to sit in a long line before being acknowledged by a service writer. The service writer was fairly quick in establishing my service order and providing me with a copy of the order. My reduction of one star is related to their online service appointment system. I received an email concerning impending service and tried to set an appointment for my 6 month oil change using the online appointment system. The system said my earliest available appointment was a month out. Instead I called the service department and got and early appointment two days later!! Don't know what the deal was with the computer system. More
