Simple oil and filter change plus brake inspection/estimate, satisfactory. Was disappointed that service dept does not provide ride home and return or loan car when car must be left for inspection/estimate, satisfactory. My vehicle was kept at the dealership for more than three weeks with very limited communication or updates. The repair order documented an intermittent parasitic draw, but the issue was not fully resolved. W weeks with very limited communication or updates. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I also discovered new exterior damage that occurred while it was in the dealership’s possession. Service staff at this location is the best, they care about customers, provided status /timing of work being done. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable. I know I might pay a little more at Ocean Subaru than at an independent shop, but they offer monthly service coupons. I’m happy to pay a little extra for the peace of mind, knowing the work is done right an an independent shop, but they offer monthly service coupons.
