I was promised the service wouldn’t take longer than an hour and explained to them I wasn’t able to wait longer, they assured me on the phone the time it would take, but once I got there and after they too hour and explained to them I wasn’t able to wait longer, they assured me on the phone the time it would take, but once I got there and after they took my keys, they told me it would be twice as long. I didn’t have the time which I had explained when making the appointment so I had to leave without getting the service done. Waisted my time on a Saturday morning and I will never use this dealership again. Not for services or buying or selling. More

I previously went to a dealer in Long Beach and was very well treated, had complete transparency, and even got cool Subaru swag. I am recommending people go there. I only came to this dealership because they were offering to match another OTD price for the vehicle I wanted. With my previous experience, I expected this dealership to operate in the same care as the other one. But I was wrong. They lied and the entire buying process was lie after lie. I feel like I got scammed. Very unsatisfied customer. I would rate 0 stars if possible More
