I have been going to Ocean Subaru, Fullerton,CA for several years now. They do a great job in Service. I bought a 2022 Forester from them and the buying experience was excellent! This was my first time at Ocean Subaru of Fullerton and had the best experience. Jimmy from the service team was professional, friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was so convenient as well. We bought our Subaru Outback from Ocean and initially we were able to get through a few bumps and bruises with paint issues on the new car. Recently we have had our entire Starling system go on the blink th were able to get through a few bumps and bruises with paint issues on the new car. Recently we have had our entire Starling system go on the blink that causes issues with not only sound system but the entire navigation system and other related problems linked to Starlink. We took car into dealer twice with full diagnostics run on system and outcome was to replace entire Starling system which was defective. Service Manager indicated it should not be longer than 2 weeks to new unit and replace. It has been over 2 months with no ETA. We were then told to reach out to Subaru Corporate on the matter and have been pushed off with no support on getting this issue resolved from that end also. The service manager (Ocean) whom we were initially in contact with since left and current team indicated we will call you when we hear about units and do not call us.. We bought the Subaru for its reliability and track record for safety, but now not so much given even the dealer is not helping with this significant issue. Very unfortunate to have a dealer take such a complacent attitude on a serious matter. John More
