I called their customer service line and the receptionist didn't know what she was doing. Put me on hold 3 times for 10 minutes until I was sent to a voicemail, not a service employee, when I just wanted a s didn't know what she was doing. Had to call back 4 times and never got my question answered. Told me she "isn't allowed to leave her desk" when all it takes is to get up and ask someone taking 2 minutes at most. She was the only person I could speak to about the question because there is not another number to call, showing the direct line to customers has a woman with very little knowledge or care about what the customer needs. I've been coming here since 1998 and from this experience I don't want to come back because it seems like they don't care to go out of their way to make the cuatomer happy. More
